Yoga in a Sexy Green Bikini

The following video is a little over nine minutes long but goodness gracious will it be a happy nine minutes. The yoga practitioner is wearing one of the sexiest green bikinis I have ever seen and to say that she is limber is an understatement. Be sure to comment for her and suggest that she make additional yoga videos for each of us to enjoy.

I love when beautiful women practice yoga. And I love it even more when they do it scantily clad and post videos for all of us to enjoy. A hearty thank you goes out to each and every one of them. Slim Calm Sexy Yoga with Tara Stiles

Tara Stiles is easily one of the sexiest women, and more importantly, sexiest yoga teachers alive. ABC News recently published a video of her found here that showcases her Slim Calm Sexy Yoga which helps to cure various ailments and promotes improved health. There’s a short (about one minute) advertisement at the start of the yoga video, but it’s well worth the wait.

Vanity Fair recently called Tara Stiles the “Coolest yoga teacher” and she is the personal instructor for Deepak Chopra. Her new book, “Slim Calm Sexy Yoga” is designed to be utilized for just 15 minutes a day which can be highly beneficial. Yoga can help with strength, flexibility, and boost overall health. So why not do it in a sexy way with Tara Stiles? Each of the poses she has in the book are designed to help with specific issues including allergies (through breathing techniques). The actual video on ABC news is about 6:15 and very informative.

I must admit, as a yoga teacher, the quality of the yoga poses she is performing are rather lacking. So don’t utilize this video for any legitimate yoga purposes, but it can be useful for other means if you know what I mean.

What she does with the yoga ball at the end will make any man wish he was that ball. And the camera knows how to move to just the right places to maximize viewing pleasure. The absurd thing is that this video is flagged on YouTube as adult material. Seriously, some people need to learn how to relax and enjoy life a little.

Can Yoga Be Sexy

One might ask how sexy yoga videos are in fact yoga and not in some way nothing more than objectification of the human body. Frankly, yoga is not about being sexy and all of these yoga videos are in fact objectification. However, as the creator of this website, a yoga practitioner, and yoga teacher, I will have no problem sleeping at night knowing that this website is here because of me. Why? Because it’s what people want to see and it’s what they enjoy. Sure, it’s nice to have a devoted spiritual practice, but if you don’t take at least some time for personal enjoyment, what’s the point?

Of course, with all of this said, I’m certainly no enlightened being, at least that I’m aware of. So maybe I am perpetuating something bad by creating a website for sexy yoga videos. It’s amazing what the mind and ego can justify if given the opportunity. Regardless, this website is here to stay, at least for awhile.
